Objectify Architecture
Objectify has been designed with a disconnected architecture which allows your database, CMS server and live website server to be scaled across different machines. This gives you the flexibility to choose whether to host your Objectify website in-house or with an external hosting party that supports ASP.NET.
This gives you peace of mind knowing that in the event that your web server may be compromised, your site can be repaired by simply republishing the effected pages from the CMS server.
Objectify Server Requirements

Objectify Authoring Requirements
The CMS and KMS have been designed to work with Internet Explorer 6 and above with absolutely no client side Java Applets, Active X controls or desktop clients. This allows uptake within your business to grow more rapidly due to not requiring your IT staff to manage costly application rollouts. Objectify users can also access the system remotely over an ADSL connection.*
*This requires at least a 512kb/s ADSL connection and depends on the clients operating environment and remote access requirements.
