Objectify Training

Site Studio Training

This training is a customised hands-on introduction to authoring, formatting, inserting multimedia, using templates, adding text links and navigation structure, inserting tables, applying advanced formatting, inserting headers, inserting footers, adding metadata, initiating workflow, reviewing and publishing.
Objectify trainers explain not only the theory underpinning the functionality, but also the nuances of the product that authors can exploit to get the most out of the product according to their role in the organisation. Participants are provided with customised training workbooks providing step-by-step instructions on the exercises performed.

Site Administrator Training

Site Administrator training includes practical hands-on exercises covering basic workflow and security setup, adding users and groups, adding to the media library, viewing reports, advanced workflow and security, template settings, metadata settings, audit trails, altering structure media manipulation, managing users and groups, and publishing.

Technical Administrator Training

Technical Administrator Training identifies the components of the Objectify Content Management System, and details the tools and procedures necessary to maintain the Objectify software.
The program includes an introduction to Objectify, modules on hardware and software pre-requisites, start up and shut down procedures, file locations, Objectify server configuration, additional settings within the Objectify database, backup and restore procedures, full site republish, trouble-shooting, ongoing maintenance, and the Objectify debugger and application log files.

Train-the-Trainer

The Train-the-Trainer program includes advice for managing the Objectify CMS and KMS training plan, checklists for setting up the training environment, and assets for conducting the training. This module is designed to provide your organisation with training self-sufficiency, an obvious cost effective long-term training strategy for your organisation.
