The Recruitment Manger Knowledge Management module allows for job applicants to apply for vacancies online. The applications are driven through a workflow process for review. The Recruitment Manager also enables job vacancies to be promoted across the client's websites. Job vacancies might follow a different workflow to applications, but all are access through the one location for ease of use.
