Objectify CMS Templates
Template Development
Objectify has a comprehensive methodology and process around developing Content Management System templates.
As part of our template design process Objectify can develop or interpret the client's brand guidelines for their online presence. Objectify's designs are "fit-for-purpose", and we provide the client with a Design Qualification Document which describes every aspect of the templates design and styles for future reference.
Objectify CMS Templates are developed with browser and accessibility requirements in mind.
At a base level, Objectify site templates are cross-browser compatible including FireFox, IE6+, Safari and Opera, but can consider other browsers if applicable.
Templates are also W3C A-level compliant in code and design. Objectify's functionality helps to promote and improve accessible site authoring.
Objectify templates are also scalable, and can scale to fit the browser or be of fixed width.
Objectify provides a for a flexible template package to be developed for clients. The template package provides many options for text and image layout within the brand guidelines.

Template Library
The Objectify Template Library is a collection of pre-formatted elements that you can include in the page content, often including text and graphics. There are four types of templates which are developed by Objectify technical staff utilising the 'predefined look and feel' elements. Once these templates have been agreed upon they are stored within the Objectify Template Library
Content Templates
Objectify offers a number of Content Templates. Content Templates offer more control over the editable area of the page. Content Templates contain some pre-formatting of the editable area and may include additional functionality. Content Templates may also contain elements that cannot be edited by authors via site studio.
Site Layout Template
The Objectify CMS Site Layout template defines the basic structure of the site, the relationship between pages and navigation and the position that other elements will have on pages such as heading banner and logo.
Presentation Template
Presentation templates are guides for users that can be added to pages to assist users with the formatting of their content. They do not restrict the page but help to maintain consistency in look and feel. More than one presentation template may be added to a single page, and presentation templates can sit within presentation templates depending on the design. Presentation templates sit within content templates.
Navigation Template
This template defines the navigation structures of the site. Navigation templates reflect the location of the page in the site structure and may include breadcrumbs, footers, header, and left and right navigation links.
Print Template
Individual pages of the online version of the site may be printed using the Objectify Print Friendly Template functionality thus providing users with a printable copy of the current document. The Objectify Content Management System provides a separate template for web view and print-friendly view. Also, a text only view is available.
